Not the quality I expected

The product arrived with all glass bowls broken. They were packed in bubble wrap but that wasn’t enough. Also the glass appears to be very thin so I would not have faith they can withstand the heat from a candle.

Beautiful Piece; Poor Shipping & Handling!

For starters, I ordered the silver for my daughter and received the gold, which is gorgeous, by the way! The branches/arms were wrapped separately and in good condition. It was so strikingly beautiful that I had decided to keep it for myself and reorder the silver for her. However, that ideas was cut short when I started to unwrap the beautiful cracked glass globes, only to discover one was broken. I am not sure what went wrong during shipping, but the globes were only wrapped in bubble wrap in a separate section of the box; and there was nothing encasing them preventing movement and contact with each other. Aside from shipping the wrong color and broken globe, this is a beautiful piece and I will reorder both, the silver for my daughter and gold for myself.
