knotted already

two things need improved. otherwise, no one would want to keep it. 1. this white gold chain looks more dark gray than actually shiny white gold. 2. the chain was knotted in the first use (similar to another review). I'm not sure if it can be returned with no tag. I'm on vacation now and will check with Macy's on the return.

Too flimsy, not strong

Very flimsy chain. I couldn’t possibly add a pendant to this 18” white gold chain because it was flimsy and could easily break. If the chain breaks you may lose your pendant. I returned this chain.
