Great compact computer

I bought this computer 4 weeks ago, due to our old HP not being able to be upgraded to windows 11. We have been very pleased with this product as we have purchased HP previously without any problems. It is very compacted with a wide screen.

Fabulous PC Upgrade

I bought this to replace my 15yr old laptop as I needed to move to Windows 11 and I wanted a bigger screen. The Omni Studio X 27 meets both criteria. The screen clarity and speed are fantastic; the transfer of all my data, photos and music was seamless and super speedy; it is very streamlined. I just hope it lasts for 15 years!

Different

I have a similar HP 27-inch all in one model using Windows 10 which I have been (still am) very happy with and I purchased the new one for the graphics (beautiful) and because it was Windows 11. Some very nice features such as the ability to easily adjust the height, but unfortunately, in use, like chalk and cheese, the keyboard does not have the old print screen key or even delete, I had to purchase another keyboard. I have a brand- new HP Colour LaserJet Pro MFP4301fdw, worked perfectly with my old HP All in One, now I cannot scan (Windows 11 problem) so I've lost the OCR and print to pdf functions. Hopefully over time I'll love it as much as my old HP All in one, but after a few weeks use, I'm still struggling.

Good Product - Setup Instructions Nonexistent.

The product is excellent but the set-up was a frustrating figure-it-put-on-your-own experience. Thanks to Google, I did finally succeed. The face recognition system could use a lot of work since it only functions once it four or five sign-ins.

Extended Warranty Purchase

This is an excellent computer. However, I purchased a 3 year in home care pack and I have yet to receive any documentation on it.
