Web ID: 15259938instruction manual could use some improvements
Overall, very satisfied with this greenhouse, given the size.? The instruction manual could use improvements 3 ways-1)- get a native English speaker to write the step by step instructions. The manual suffers for lack of written instructions.? Puzzling out the illustrations is time consuming, and I'm accustomed to reading engineering drawings.2)- increase the size of the detail views.? It's hard to see the relationship of parts to each other when you have to look at tiny details.3)-? I learned through trial and error the best way to install fasteners into the rail slots and holes of mating parts.? An introductory illustration showing the easiest method would save someone a lot of time.On that note, the estimated time for assembly stated in the manual was something like 3 hours.? That is way off.? It took me 5 separate afternoons, and I have built things my entire life. There is a package of 2 temperature controlled window openers that came with the greenhouse.? To install these openers requires you to first remove the rivets that attach an existing bracket to the window frame.? You have to either drill them out or grind them off (I did the latter).? If these temperature controlled openers are going to be included in the package, the brackets should be bolted on, not riveted.

This is a fantastic company. When unboxing my green house there were a few bent pieces this company went way above to fix the problem. This is a good product and s great company I would buy again.

150 minutes to assemble is a myth, on our second day and still not finished!
Instructions were a bit confusing at times. Had to rearrange the cross braces so they would work, unlike the instructions. Building seems to be pretty sturdy, used a sledge hammer and a piece of wood to hammer the corners into the ground and got it level. Definitely takes numerous hours to assemble, my son and his wife are putting it together for my wife and they worked 6 hours on day one and now are on day two and still haven't got it done.? What is done looks really nine.
