Off-gassing is next level

I have had this rug for 5 days and I keep hoping the chemical smell will go away but it's still as strong as it was when I opened it up. It's just terrible. Also, I still can't get it to fully flatten out after trying steaming, placing heavy objects, etc. Not really sure what else to do other than return it. Really nice looking rug otherwise. Super disappointed.

Good design, terrible material

This is a very low pile rug. Less than described. The colors were true to photos, and the design was modern. However, this was the scratchiest fiber rug I have experienced. Quality is less than IKEA. If you want a rug for looks only it is a fantastic deal, but is not comfortable or soft by any means
