Comfy comfy

My husband loves them! He has never had a nice pair of slippers before so for his birthday I bought him these and he thinks they are amazing. He loves the soft lining, how warm they are and the fact that they will stand up for a long time.

Warm snd comfortable

We switched her from carpeting to tile and my husband’s feet are cold and more sore than usual. I bought these thinking they would give him some cushion and warmth. He likes them and the sizing was as expected.

purchasing my 5th and 6th pair

i have had 4 pairs of acorns over the years. (note to acorn, please do not discontinue this item). just in case, i am purchasing 2 pair on sale so i will have these for the next 10 years. first off, real wool. this makes all the difference in the world. 2nd and 3rd, warm and comfortable. the shearling does wear out over time and that is why i replace my slippers. but it takes a long time. i don't wear my slippers outdoors so the bottoms last far longer than the wool inside. i have begun to bring these on the road with me when i travel. nothing better than these slippers in a hotel room. it is a luxury that upgrades any hotel i am staying at. i have left a pair at my parent's house so when i visit, i have a pair there as well. when shopping for slippers, be sure to read the material labels. "sherpa lining" means polyester. only "wool" means WOOL! we are in a world that is looking for ways to cheapen and mass produce items so people can buy more less expensively. my viewpoint is to purchase less but of a higher quality, even if it is more expensive initially. acorn slippers are a perfect example of this purchasing strategy.

Perfect slippers for cold winter days!

These slippers are perfect for Wisconsin winters. My second pair. I wore the first pair out. Love them!

very good, but. . .

Very good, well made, very comfortable, BUT though all my footwear is size 13, Acord size 13 is a just a tad too short. With their soft soles, I expect they'll stretch out. Perhaps the size 14 would be too loose!
