Maybe runs small, maybe material is too grippy

It's likely that it was my own fault that these pants didn't work for me. I measured myself and bought the right size according to the chart. I bought the same size in a different style, and that style was fine. But these were too tight, and the material inside gripped my leg so it was hard to move in them.
