Disappointing Experience, Request for Full Refund

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered a dress from Macy’s for my granddaughter’s 15th birthday party. When it arrived, it had two visible oil stains on it. I returned it right away and was sent a replacement, but unfortunately, it arrived after the event, making it useless for the purpose I bought it for. To make things worse, the process with customer service was extremely frustrating. While I was eventually refunded for the dress, I was not refunded the delivery fee, even though I never got to wear the dress and returned the first one due to damage. I had to wear an old dress from my closet instead. I would appreciate a full refund, including the delivery fee, as this purchase did not meet the basic standards of quality or service.
