Packaging Horrible!

My complaint is NOT about the product; rather, packaging. I’ve ordered suits from Macy’s previously. Never, prior to now, have I experienced a suit balled up in plastic and placed in a box too small to accommodate a pair of my shoes, let alone a suit. Very, very disappointed and dissatisfied!
