All Because you matter

Am so happy that I got to read this book. I was reading to my son. It good and helps children know that we are all important.

Inspiring!

This beautifully- and tenderly illustrated book is a wonderfully inspiring story. Basically, it reminds children that, even though they may be different, or get a bad grade, no matter what is happening in the world, they were cherished even before they were born. This book stresses the importance of each individual person and their value in the world. I love this book and so did my young students. It is beautifully and magically written. Although the illustrations are moving, they all focus exclusively on a young black boy. That is understandable, in this day of senseless and unfair racial hostility, especially toward the African American community. However, it would have been even more effective had all of my children, white, Asian, and Hispanic, could have been more clearly represented here.
