Great features!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This immersion circulator cooks meat so perfectly! I cooked chicken breast in it! I put butter and spices in the ziplock bag! After the meat was done I tossed it on the grill just for the smoky flavor! The meat was the most flavorful meat and so tender it was unreal! It fell apart and shredded perfectly!

We used it for fish & shrimp this weekend with a side of veggies. Oh my, mouthwatering doesn't even start to touch it. It's really easy to set-up and use.

All-Clad Sous Vide
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will admit I was skeptical at first about a perfect cook. I have a ton of gadgets for the kitchen and the sous vide circulator will now be a part of the aresnal. In about an hour and a half, some boneless chicken breast came out perfect! This machine was easy to setup and use. I would still consider the sous vide to be more of an advanced cooking style similar to using a smoker. You have to be able to adjust your times accordingly. I would recommend this sous vide circulator! It’s of high quality and feature rich design. A++

I’m in Love!!!
Indoors, Outdoors, Charcoal, Open Fire, Oven, Stovetop, Gas, Electric, I have cooked Steaks, Chicken, Fish Double Cut Chops, Fish, etc with the best. After all, one just needs an accurate thermometer, right? I’ve spent the better part of a decade questioning the value of Sous Vide cooking until the AllClad became available. Of course, I had to buy one because, just like my daughter I can’t say no to AllClad...After all I’m all about AllClad and my Daughter. I love them both!!! I received it several weeks ago. My first shot out of the gate was a hangar steak...check it out! I’m using it every day. Just sear and serve!!! Poached eggs are perfect, and you can make a week’s worth! I’m also looking forward to the colder months to use it for, oh heck, just about everything. Anyway, back to my review: I purchased the AllClad Sous Vide because like everything else from AllClad, it’s well made and will last forever with regular use and the occasional accidental abuse. It’s very sturdy, accurate, and easy to use. The instructions are simple to follow and programming is a snap. like all things AllClad, it makes me a better cook!!!

Noise as Heck!
It works fine. Does the job. BUT, it’s way, way too noisy. The family can’t stay on the kitchen. The motor hums relentlessly. I put silicone trivets under the pot to mitigate that vibrating noise on granite. If the wand touches the pot, look out it’s even noisier. I put another silicone trivet(from LeCreuset) between the wand and pot to avoid them touching. The noise just makes using it a pain. I figured I’d pay the premium price for an All-Clad.
Couldn't be happier!
I bought this about 3 months ago, after my brother raved about using sous vide to cook. The items I have cooked have turned out exceptionally well! Salmon, steak and pork roast have all been tender and flavorful, if I remember to put spices in before I cook LOL. All-Clad is the best!
