very durable heavy pan

This pan is very heavy and it doesn't have a small cheater handle across from the main handle to help pick it up but the pan has amazing even heat and it cleans up well.

Best Cookware you can get

The All-Clad Copper Core 10-Piece set is a must have for any kitchen. This will be the only pots and pans you will ever need and are heirloom pieces if cared for. The even cooking that you get with the copper layer is bar none. And, they're gorgeous--even more so in person.
