Assembly is required.

No mention of it in the description but assembly is required. You will receive a flat box.

Great quality at an affordable price

This shelf was fairly easy to assemble. It is solid wood. It looks great in my home office and holds books of varying sizes. I'm very pleased with this purchase and would definitely buy from this company again.
