High Quality & Hybrid

I love this new cookware! It combines the best of both worlds...stainless steel for searing and caramelizing and nonstick for less mess and quick cleanup. I really like the heavy bottoms too -- it sits evenly, heats quickly, and you can tell it's well engineered and high quality.
