Pan

I have used both pans and they’re wonderful. Burnt a food while cooking it ( user error) and it came clean with no issues . Will be purchasing the 12 inch one .

My Go To Cookware

This frying pan set is a great purchase. It performs as promised and is easy to clean. These are my go to pieces for achieving the perfect sear on meats and vegetables. The thickness of the pans really does provide even heat distribution.

Replacement for original used on induction range

Enjoy replacement for 5year old frying skillets. Not convinced the grid is beneficial the smaller one easy to clear food doesn’t stick the larger skillet is a pain to clean

Anolon top of line frying pan set

I did not like these frying pans. I have a Wolf induction cooktop and love it. The frying pans are very slow to heat up. The food stuck. I tried both pans with2 different things. I made eggs in the smaller frying pan. I also tried to cook something in the larger frying pan...stuck to the bottom also. Thse pans stuck more than cast iron. I would not buy again or recommend.

Better than before! Anolon X

Better than before! The new pans heat evenly due to the stainless base plate. The stainless web browns quite well. I had the normal pans for over 15 years and expect these frying pans to last as well. No metal utensils/no cooking spray/no leaving the pan alone to burn.

Best pans ever!

Finally, pans made to sear! The design of the AnolonX is brilliant - keeping the oil/fat in the center of the pan makes for a perfect sear every time. The nonstick finish makes them a breeze to clean, too. I truly love my new pans!
