Scary

The sun glasses didn’t look nice on me so went to return. And it was a scary moment. I didn’t do anything I just stood there at register waiting for the lady to come help me, she was with another customer and I didn’t mind, I just waited but the customer was sweet and ask her to help me. So she asked me in such a rude way I got scared then didn’t even look at me and rudely kept on going for everything not even asking me to put my Macy’s card in I had to ask when I did, I couldn’t understand because she was already angry so taking her anger out on me, felt so scary to even shop at Macys next time. No wonder why Macys is going down and isn’t doing well. The customer service is so bad no one cares and act so rude. As if the management it self isn’t good with them so they take it out of us. This would stop from shoppers.
