Band is so small!

Band size says 40 but it’s tight! I had four 38c of the former version of this bra for many years. Bought new ones and the 38 c was too tight. Returned for 40 and just returned again. I haven’t gained weight so not sure what’s going on with Bali quality control. Returned both.
