First Trip - Compression System Concerns

Quality is great, what I expected from B&R. Size makes using this for longer business trips challenging. I didn't think I would miss the 3 inches, however you lose the suit compartment and where I would normally stash an extra pair of shoes. For small planes, this will be fantastic. My only concern is the CX compression system did not work well for me. Once I would push it down on a very compressible load, one side would pop back up breaking free of the "ratchet" and the other side would eventually pop free as well. I am reaching out to B&R to determine if this is an isolated issue. That is the only reason for 3 stars.

Excellent Spinner with small issue

The Spinner is very well thought out and well made. However the new Compression system does not appear to be as solid as the old one. The older one seemed to have well defined teeth and the new one seem more "fine" and slips at times. I would definitely buy again just not sure how often this slipping will continue. People should give it a try

This is my second bag. Love them. The wheels are amazing! Love the color (green). No that I have the large and small next purchase is the medium.

Use of space

Again, these bags from Briggs & Riley do not match up to Travelpro...in conscious use of space. Where are the slim zippered inside pockets to place your incidentals without putting them in with everything else in the bag? I feel their design concept could have been far better. Other than that...color is nice, material seems strong...but the luggage is a bit heavier than we had expected.

Have not used product, will

Have not used product, will use end of month. Appears to be well made and relatively light weight. Hope packing it will be seamless. Will amend review after returning from trip in July.
