Horrible shipping and customer service

Bought on 28 november. Today is 9 December and package is still not here. Have called customer service and had a hard time understanding his Indian accent and didn't answer any questions. Won't shop Macy's again. Hope your experience is better.

Ordered but not received,

Though I placed an online order for the bath bomb gift set 3 weeks ago, it has yet to arrive so it's really not possible to give the purchase a positive rating.

Disappointed

Small, cheap looking basket. Not elegant at all. It is for a gift so I may order something else.

A gift that keeps giving

I love the different color shapes and sizes. The beautiful basket can be used long after the bath bombs are gone. Too cute.

Smells good

This set was really good, I like that it comes with everything you need in a cute little packaging that can be displayed or used again It smells veey nice and the scent last long as well I would definitely recommend

Great assortment

This a great assortment of bath bombs! Different formulations, sizes, shapes, colors and scents. Both myself and my young child enjoyed using them. Neither of us had any reactions to the ingredients and they didn’t stain the bathtub or make it difficult to clean up afterwards.
