Regrettable investment

I was initially very happy during the first year of my purchase. I made the investment, in what I felt was an expensive mattress due to severe shoulder pain from a sports related injury. After several weeks to properly break in the mattress my shoulder pain started to resolve. I weigh 187 pounds and 6 ft. tall and was well supported by the mattress for the first year, thinking the mattress was a great choice. Yet after around 13-14 months, the mattress continued to sink deeper and deeper at the hip and lower back area and now compresses around 7 inches when I lay in bed as a side sleeper. This poor quality construction and use of materials is now leading to significant lower back pain and the mattress is unbearable to sleep in. My partner now has to sleep in a separate bed so I can move to her section just to have a night or two of relief each week. I have filed a claim with the seller, but the process is not an expedient one and I am suffering in pain due to the mattress.
