Horrible

This mattress is horrible! If you have back problems fhis is not for you. It's just going to make things worse. My girlfriend and I sink and roll to the middle. My girlfriend has a mattress that is 20+ years old, and I have better nights sleep. We are trying a firm next.

Great Bed! Don't' purchase it from Macy's!

Mattress is great! Just what I wanted. However, I ordered mattress only, but, was charged for a box spring that I did not want, did not order and did not receive when mattress was delivered, but states that I signed for the box spring upon delivery. Despite multiple attempts, I have not received any resolution to this issue with Macy's customer service. Very aggravated and disappointed.
