Sagging and not built to last

I bought this for our son who is 6"4" and a side sleeper. Within 6 months there was a noticeable difference on the side of the mattress he sleeps on. He has resorted to re-arranging the bed to use different sides of the mattress, but this has not helped much. Is this sagging covered in a warranty as the 120 day return to store timeframe has passed.
