Not Comfortable

I purchased this mattress and within a month it started failing. It feels like I am falling off the side of the bed because it's broken down so badly. I'm not a large person I'm 5'8" and I weigh 165 so this should not be an issue. It's very obvious where I sleep every night has deteriorated in its integrity. I've had other people lay on my bed and compare where I sleep to the other side of the bed and It's like night and day. Also this mattress is more firm that I like. I wake up every morning feeling like I've been beat up. Every muscle in my body aches, so obviously this is not the right product for me. I've contacted Macy's and they're sending out a professional mattress inspector to determine whether or not I can return this mattress. My only hope is that they don't charge me extra fees for something that is not my fault. I ordered this online and was not able to test it out in the show room prior to arriving to my home.
