Leo Phantom Stockpot combines generous capacity with superior heat distribution, making it perfect for preparing hearty soups, stews, and sauces with effortless precision and efficiency. Built with recycled cast aluminum and coated with nontoxic, PFAS-free and PTFE-free, nonstick CeraGreen ceramic coating for easy food release and hassle-free cleanup. Designed for oil-free, fat-free cooking, this lightweight stockpot is suitable for all stovetops, including induction, electric, gas, glass, and vitro-ceramic. Its full disk bottom ensures even heat distribution for energy-efficient performance, and the pot is oven-safe up to 400Deg F without silicone covers. The wide handles provide a secure grip, even with oven mitts or potholders, while the matching cover features condensation bumps for self-basting and draining holes for easy straining. The set includes two pot holders for added safety. Available in 4 sizes: 2.7qt., 4.5qt., 5.8qt. and 7.6qt.

Great for small apartments and families

This is such an awesome little pan! It is so easy to clean and it’s the perfect size for omelets or frying stuff for 2 people. I think the best part though is the storage! The handle pops off and fits right in the pan so that you can even stack it if needed! Not sure how durable it is, but it’s held up well after a few months of use!

Multi-functional Wonder

I love this pot. I use it multiple times a week for pasta, potatoes, soup, stews, etc. The 2.7 quart size seems small, but is perfect for making meals for 2-4 people. It’s especially great to boil pasta or potatoes, because adding the lid creates a slot to drain water easily. The handles have silicone covers to protect your hands from burning, but I have found that I still need oven mitts as they can be too hot. I don’t often sauté in this pot, but when I do I use a bit of oil as the food sticks a little without it. The pot is oven safe as well but I haven’t yet needed to pop it in there. Overall, it’s a great, versatile pot that you will reach for time and time again.

So easy to use!

I love this pan! It is (healthy) non-stick and very easy to clean. It heats very well. I love that it is made with recycled aluminum. Also, it has a detachable handle which is great for space saving and you can throw it in the oven for frittata! I am a big bag and would definitely buy more of their products.
