LOVE LOVE THIS

This is my second CrossWave and I love the unit. The cleaning function is great. My only concern is I got a bottle of cleaning solution for the machine but I can't find it on the web site to purchase more.

I absolutely love this product!

My whole house is tile, and was getting to be hasslle to mop! The bissell crosswalk makes cleaning up so easy! I can go from tile to area rugs with the push of a button! Best investment i have ever made!

Probably the best Bissel I have had over the years

85% of my floors are waterproof laminate and tile in the bathrooms. The first time I used it I was amazed how good a job it was. Probably the best Bissel I have had over the years. Clean-up was a snap. The only downside is its weight but when running it handled much better.

Wow, what a great tool! My floors haven't been this clean in forever! It's super easy to use and saves so much time! It sucked all the hair that my husky left in the carpet. However, my dogs chewed my lipstick on my carpet a while ago and it didn't remove it all, which I don't think is even possible.
