Poor quality

I received this as a Christmas present and loved it. But the ceramic pot cracked while cooking and I can’t locate replacement part anywhere

Not so good

Purchase first one used 3 times side and bottom cracked macys replace it second one tried to use and smell of burning coming from unit going to get refunded and Purchase different brand

wonderful machine

Apparently my old crock pot died a long time ago and I didn't notice. This crock pot cooked my beans in half the time and were soft and creamy inside. Looking forward to using the sous vide feature.

Neat features

The Black and Decker Digital Slow Cooker worked great. We tried the sous-vide and found it easy to use and the chicken we cooked was moist and tender. I liked the temperature probe since it helped cook the food to the correct temperature without having to guess with time. We have used the slow cooker several times and have had well-cooked food every time.

Multipurpose

I love that this is both a slow cooker and sous vide in one. Space savers are so helpful for my smaller kitchen. The slow cooker has temperature options depending on how long you want the food to cook (Low for 8-9 hours, High for 3-4 hours, and Warm for serving temperature). It’s also convenient that the lid locks shut for bringing food to potlucks. I’m very pleased and would recommend.
