Worst experience ever!!

I ordered this heater on 2/17/25. Per Macy's it shipped on 2/19/25 by a third-party seller but UPS has not received it yet to ship as of 2/24/25 Tried contacting the seller by email twice and phone twice none of which has been replied to. BUYER BEWARE!

B&D Quartz Tower Heater

Theater is great. I’ve had one for years at my ranch house. I just got this one for my home bathroom. It takes the chill off in the winter. Very happy with it.

Warmer than ceramic heaters but a little loud

I have only used it a few times since the weather is not very cold yet. It runs for a few minutes and my room stays warm for a long time. In contrast, ceramic heaters have to run continuously and the room feels cold as soon as they are tuned off. I can also feel the warmth of the quartz heater from 8+ ft away since ot warms the entire room. The only negative is that the fan is quite loud and infrared heaters are supposed to be silent.

Very Misleading. 0 Stars

The product photos are very misleading, it looks like macys doesn't know how to write up a decent product page because multiple of their heater products are mislabeled or given the wrong images, this happens to be one of them. This heater is cheaper on other sites, don't waste your money or time. The images for the "Infrared Quartz Tower Heater" and the "Quartz Tower Heater" are actually "Ceramic Tower Heaters" sold by Black and Decker. Again, far cheaper on other sites even when its supposedly "on sale".
