Loosing another customer!

BB has been discontinuing SO MANY products, from make-up to Skin Care but they were GOOD products. I know the make up artist has not relation to this company anymore and why they may want to maybe change things but discontinuing the Hydrating Face Cream and the Moisturizing Balm and not offering a replacement to them , it is banas to me. On top, they change the packaging to look "fancier" and sell you "you will save with the refills" while it is worst for the enviroment because now they are adding plastic to the enviroment, which goes totally against while most companies are doing to minimize plastic on earth. Whoever behind the "re-branding" should be fired.

Disappointing that the SPF 25 is gone

I've used this product, with the spf for years and was really happy with it. I'm so disappointed that you've once again changed discontinued a great product. I'm happy you brought back the lathering tube cleaner, although who knows for how long. Now I'll have to start looking for a replacement.

No More SPF?

I've only used the balm with the SPF. So disappointed product discontinued. I have used for years. I never burned at the golf course.

Different Formula

I have used Extra Repair Cream for a long time. At first, I thought this item was the same product, just different packaging. Then I noticed the word "Intense" , which did not appear on the previous product. A careful review of ingredients revealed that this new version now contains "plankton extract", which was not in the original version. Does "plankton extract" contain iodine? I have thyroid issues and need to monitor my iodine exposure.

I have very sensitive skin and Love this so far

I've been using this face cream for a few weeks and love it so far. My skin is very sensitive, and my eyes will react/ache with most skin care and makeup products. BB makeup works on my skin, so I took the plunge on this face cream, and I am so glad I did. I'm very excited that my skin and pores look great, I don't have redness, blemishes are shrinking, and my eyes don't ache!! My skin tone is even evening out after previous products took a toll. Thank you BB!!

Disappointing

As i have done for close to 15 yrs, i needed my repair balm and repair balm SPF. tries this and it's nothing but a huge disppointing. Texture is subpar as well a effectiveness. I have severely dry skin in winter and the reapir balm was the only product that worked and nourished my skin. PLEASE PLEASE bring it back. I Wont be repurchasing this product. First my face wash and now moisturizer are discontinued. I'll need to search elsewhere for my skincare needs, until they can bring back our beloved and much needed products.

great for dry skin

Luckily I didn't have any reaction with a new formula, but I do agree with other reviewers... The balm is gone.. the balm with SPF is gone... now, can you make just the balm type of the new version as well as the one with SPF? I honestly prefer the previous packaging.

Why no SPF?

I have worn this moisturizer for years and loved it, I do not understand why it is not available with SPF any longer. Why no moisturizers with SPF? Is this to force buying tinted? It is so disappointing. The new packaging is a waste too.
