An Amazing New Product!!!
Just when you thought you had it all in terms of eyeliner, pencils and gel liner, Bobbi comes out with this amazing product! The gel liner pencil glides on super smooth and takes about 10 seconds to apply the perfect line, something that has eluded me no matter how much practice time I put in! The pencil tip is quite small and round which is perfect for making a thin line or thickening it as I prefer. It has a sharpener hidden in the bottom--you have to pull hard to pull off the bottom of the pencil, and there is a little sharpener built in. I think this is an even better pencil than the Bobbi Eye Pencils as it applies just the right amount of product and does not smear. Like the Gel Liner it sets quickly but there is enough time to smudge the line. I bought the sapphire ( a beautiful navy) and the gray, which is THE most beautiful shade of gray I have ever seen in a pencil. Hard to imagine I could have gotten so excited about another gray eyeliner but this shade of gray is just gorgeous. It's quite dark and rich, like gray flannel, definitely not black. I have already ordered the chocolate truffle and the scotch. All these colors work beautifully on my coloring which is fair skin and blue eyes. This will make my morning makeup routine a lot shorter!

Best Eye Pencil Ever!!!!
I usually don't write a review the day after I first try a product, but I have to say I love this pencil liner. I have been a big fan of the Gel Ink liner. It is the only liner I use regularly. My only problem is that when you get to the end of the product, it gets too dry, even when I am careful to put the lid back on. I wind up throwing it out. The other pencils smeared too much. this pencil goes on easily and there is no sharpener or added brush. I can take it with me to touch up, if needed. I also recently purchased the eye lash curler (the older version) and I am still on a learning curve.

Violet Night and Sapphire Perfectly Defined
The Perfectly Defined eyeliners are very thin liners in a plastic housing, and the sharpener of the tip is built into the end of the liner, which is a great idea. So far I have tried Violet Night and Sapphire. I was especially excited to see a navy liner shade, and I find this color to be quite beautiful. The blue really shows, it is deep but not so dark to appear black like many other navy eyeliners on the market. The Violet is a nicely saturated purple, which also complements my green-blue eyes nicely. Lasting power of these pencils is very good. I wore both shades during a workout at the gym and there was no noticeable smudging or flaking. I will check out some of the other colors. Great product!

Excellent!
I have been using the Gel Eyeliners in the pots for years now and love them. I decided to give these pencils a try and I absolutely love them too. So much easier to carry with you. They did seem to need a touch-up after about 5 hours, but I have very oily eyelids.

Easy to use
Love the twist up! Slim design great to put in purse or travel bag. Scotch is beautiful, a bit of shimmer but great for day or night. The violet has more blue than purple. Would love to see the violet ink in this pencil. Best to use short strokes to apply does not glide. Long lasting.

Breakthrough Product
FINALLY - someone did it: a pencil with a fine enough tip that it can do what a tiny pointed brush can do but even better, sharpenable to a precise enough point, and does not require carrying extra junk around (like a sharpener) AND is dark enough! Bobbi did it. Can count on her to actually solve problems like this that everybody knows about but nobody seems to truly address. This is the one pencil that can double for the gel in the pot. Has saved me 5 min. In the morning now - no more time spent washing brushes, etc. The liner in the pot is always going to be more intense but the pencil is truly a close second. This is also an excellent choice for a more natural look using liner. Goes on smoothly - which in itself is a miracle (because you know d well that none of them ever really do go on smoothly or as advertised...) Use a gentle touch when sharpening and yes, they need to manufacture this so that it does not require hands of steel to pull off the sharpener at the other end of the pencil. Put in freezer to get a little more control over sharpening or prevent breakage and then sharpen. Stroke super lightly on a tissue placed onto a flat surface to hone the edge to an even more precise point or chisel. Dot inbetween lashes and then smudge and you can emulate mascara without mascara. Bobbie Brown Gel eyeliner
A lovely representative Chantal did my eye makeup and when she did I LOVED IT --The chocolate black gel eyeliner really made my eyes stand out and completed the look. very understated, but rich and glamorous!
