Too big

It comes in capsule form and it’s honestly too big, why do I have to take 4 huge capsules a day? They should have made it smaller and reduced to 1 a day. It’s not easy to swallow which defeats its purpose as I’m looking to give it out. 1 would not recommend this product, I can’t write a review without ticking the I would recommend this product button. Which I know is a lie cause I don’t recommend it.

This formula works.

Had an ACL repair many years ago. Always had minor aches, pains, and swelling in that knee especially in the winter. My chiropractor recommend a specific list of supplements to try. Researching i found Bone Strength had all of them. Swelling in my knee has gone down, flexibility is better and it feels good.

I bought this because I have osteopenia and I want to prevent bone loss and potentially build bone. I like the fact that it has vitamin D3 and K2 that helps the calcium.
