Came bended

The earrings are beautiful but unfortunate one of them was bent. The part that goes inside the ear was bended all the way down. I fixed it with tweezers. In the future,you should start bubble wrapping earrings that do not come in a box to protect them.

Arrived in soft package - envelope

The earrings arrived in a soft envelope and one earring and the back were bent. I had to remove the tag in order to see this. If the tag is removed, it states that it cannot be returned. I bent the pieces back to the best of my ability and hope the post didn’t weaken from it. They are beautiful earrings.
