Never received my order

I ordered multiple products in the same period and received all except the boots. Now I will not receive these boots in time for my son to wear for Thanksgiving. I reached out to the vendor to try and find out where they are as the status says shipped but UPS does not have the product.

Cute boots, but it’s a bit in a larger size. My nephew is size 12/5. Since the item is so cute had to reorder the size 12 instead.
