Watery espresso
We bought this machine about a year ago and I have major regrets. I have been unable to pull a decent shot. Each shot is bitter, with little to no crema. I've experimented with the grind, the amount of coffee, the tamp, I've tried everything. I've even followed the YouTube videos with no luck. This machine really disappointed me. I wish I would have returned within the proper time window and purchased something else entirely.

The wall filler basket is too tightly imbedded in the Portafilter.
My wife gave me the espresso machine as a gift. While it seems like it might be great machine, I wanted to reach out to you as I found that the single wall filter basket was so tightly inserted into the portafilter that it took me more 5 minutes to open it with a knife. I do understand that the basket needs to have a snug fit, but not as jammed in as it must have been. This is obviously not going to be practical going forward. Could you send me a portafilter which has been sized to more easily enable the wall filter water baskets to be taken in and out? If you could do so, I'll take off the low rating here, and move you up to what I would expect to be a 5 as best I can tell is the attractiveness of the rest of the machine. In general, I prefer not to post any negative reviews, but my inability to find any customer care contact information on your website has given me no alternative as I would like to a good replacement part so as to be able to use a workable machine. Please help.

Great Coffee... for a Year
I bought my first Breville Bambino two years ago. After 11 months it completely stopped working out of nowhere. I ended up getting sent a new machine. The replacement machine worked for 12 months and now it will no longer pull two shots. (It still pulls one shot just fine.) The machine makes great espresso when it works, it just appears that these machines don't last more than one year. That being said, I don't think it's worth the money.

5 months and the machine BROKE
I purchased this in October 2024 it is March 2025 and my machine officially stopped working. The steam is warm and the pressure itself stopped. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT THIS IS A SCAM
Not worth the money.
I bought this Machine a week ago, took it out of the packaging and everything feels like low quality plastic equipment. The steam wand leaks water into the milk resulting in watered down milk. You can’t put the Portafilter into the machine without basically manhandling it practically almost breaking it. Another downside to the machine is it’s very pricey with needing to purchase a grinder as-well if you don’t already own one. As a former barista I would not recommend this machine.

Beginner friendly!
Great machine, would highly recommend. Very easy to use and setup for various types of beans. Heats up fast outputs great espresso. Would recommend a better tamper as the one that is included is smaller than the basket dimensions and not good quality.

This little Bambino is a real giant. It's only takes to understand it details and it will give you a delicious Espresso. I love it.
