Dented

This finally went on sale and I purchased it. Unfortunately the one I received had a big dent in it. I chatted with a representative because when I submitted the return online I had to bring it to a UPS store, there was no option to have a pick up scheduled. This is too heavy for me to drop off the return. They submitted a request for pick up but I had to be present for the pick up and couldn’t give me a date, just said I would be getting an email within 48 hours. I tried to explain to the representative that I work and it will be hard for me to be home. She just sorry I will have to be there and again she said I will receive an email in 48 hours. If I didn’t spend all this money on this item I would keep it, but for this price it shouldn’t have a big dent in it.

Great Oven

Works great, worth the money. Just be prepared for the convection fan to die in 2-3 years.

Versatile and wonderful

We are using it regularly for roasting, broiling, baking and toasting. After multiple tries with air-fryers, I'm still not fully convinced, but it works better than the others we tried. It's well designed and a functionally fabulous addition to our small kitchen.

Replacing with the same model over 15 years later

I purchased my first Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro in 2008. I had to retire it this year as it no longer counted down time while using some of the functions. It was far better quality than the current model, much to my dismay. As someone with severe arthritis the old plug, with it's hole to insert a finger and pull, was such a better design and allowed me to use the plug. I'm sure that the oven, despite the changes in quality that we see in virtually everything around us, will be a true workhorse for years to come. (I gave the same oven to a dear friend as a housewarming gift when he bought his first house)

"SELECT" Dial Broke - Can't Choose Cook Option!

Loved this oven until the "Select" turn dial stopped working correctly. Now it's INFURIATING to try and choose the cook mode you want to use. We've only used the oven just over a year and now it's almost impossible to use. The heating and cooking and toasting still work, but it take 5 minutes just to choose them!
