Very impressive

I did a bit of research looking for a quality luggage set for my wife and Briggs and Riley came highly reviewed. Her suitcase was plum color and I was looking for something elegant but also unique. Tumi didn’t have much of a color selection but luckily B&R had a very similar deep plum color. Upon receipt, I was thoroughly impressed. The craftsmanship is second to none and suitcases have many well thought out functional features. I’m so impressed I plan to replace my newly purchased Away luggage with the black version. Highly recommend!

A longtime fan but -surprisingly! - a tad disappointed

Have used B&R for years and every piece has held up great! A few minor repairs have been handled easily with them at no cost per the warranty. But I just bought two large spinners and pretty surprised to find that the suitcase does not handle well at all when packed full. Maneuvering is very awkward - it is hard to get it to continue to go in one direction - it wants to spin too much! Both my daughter and I have had the same experience. Very surprised that B&R hasn’t found a way to correct - surely someone else has mentioned. My previous pieces had just the two wheels. So I don’t know if this is an issue with all sizes of spinner or not.

15 day Italy Trip

We just completed a 15 day multi-city trip through Italy with our Large Expandable Spinners. Our trip included 5 cities via high speed rail! The trip included, Milan, Venice, Florence, Rome and Amalfi Coast. Thousands of steps, high speed rails and cobble roads. These bags performed and took the beating of this trip. The expandable to pack and then collapse/compress allowed these bags to fit into the rails in Europe. These bags were not cheap but they delivered!

I haven’t seen a suitcase this durable or high quality! Certainly worth the extra money over cheap suitcases. The build quality and materials alone are worth it, plus the warranty is a main reason I went for this over other brands.
