Most comfortable

Great fit and extremely comfortable. I wear a lot of barefoot style shoes on a daily basis and when I run, these Trace styles are my favorite.

Well made, stylish running shoes

I can't fairly rate this shoe due to a medical condition, so I gave it 3 stars, right in the middle. It's a very nice looking, well made shoe. I had high hopes but it wasn't a good match for me. I am a female with Morton's Neuroma. As such, I need a wider toe box and therefore have been wearing men's running shoes which are wider than women's since my diagnosis. A woman's wide is too wide and a man's medium width has been perfect. I was asymptomatic from the neuroma, meaning it didn't bother me. Then I tried on these shoes and it returned. I really hoped I could make these my favorite pair but unfortunately had to return them and try something else. I realize all shoes are made differently, so I'm currently trying a pair of Ghost's...so far, so good. Please don't let my rating affect your opinion of these shoes.

Trace 4 Review

I love the Trace for three reasons: the 12 mm heel lift, which is getting harder to find; the no-frills design; and the overall light weight. It does bring back thoughts of simpler but highly functional shoes for neutral runners.
