where is it?????

Ordered and paid for in January. Still not received, and this is March 26th

Never received. Please do not order this product it’s been : months. Vendor. If you can not deliver and keep up with demands of this product I highly suggest you end your contract with this high end store. The store’s representation is on the line. I want my money back for the 4x candles I ordered 60 days ago.

I was charged for this candle on 2/9/24 when a shipping label was created. As of today it has still not been shipped - this is now over 30 days and I am still waiting for a refund as it obviously has not been sent.

Was ordered Dec 5th, waited for shipping for a long time, initially told it was coming the 24th and now its coming after Christmas. Poor shipping.
