Great Cleansing Oil

I just used this for the first time last night and loved it. It has an amazing gentle scent that I love and absolutely cleanse off Everything. It made washing my face, which can get boring after a while, a nice experience. I am glad I chose this product.

Gentle makeup remover!

Very gentle and not too oily. You only need a pump or two to fully remove makeup. It leaves the skin really soft.

Great For Sensitive Skin

I had misplaced my bottle of Make Up Removing Cleansing Oil, so I bought another brand to use. After some time, I found my Caudalie Cleansing Oil and I love it even better than others I have tried. My skin has no reaction and it is soothing & does its job. Great ingredients!! Will buy again.

Best on waterproof mascara

I have tried several oil based make up removers/cleansers and by far this one does a superior job. I love how it removes mascara without leaving my eye area feeling oily. It turns into a milky consistency after water is added. It's a must have in my book!

Make-up Removing Cleansing Oil

I began using this oil for the first time two weeks ago. I was sceptical that it would effectively cleanse my combination (part dry, part oily) skin. I have used it morning and night for two weeks - warming in my hands, massaging into my skin and then adding water and massaging again before rinsing. I am hugely surprised that it has worked so well for my tricky skin - to remove light make-up (tinted moisturiser) and also eye-make-up and foundation. This product has calmed my sensitive skin and reduced rather than contributed to breakouts in oily areas (particularly nose and chin). I love this product. It is fantastic value for money. I will continue to purchase this item and recommend it to my friends.

Effective Make-up Remover

This cleansing oil lifts make-up straight from the face so quickly! It even melts away stubborn waterproof mascara, which for me is a god send as I have little patience when it comes to removing make-up in the evening. I suffer from combination skin and it is great to find a product that nourishes the dry areas whilst not making my skin more oily. I found it works best when removing the oil with a hot cloth to avoid getting it in your eyes. Its a great advantage that it is such a natural formula also!! Its a permanent fixture in my routine now and I couldnt recommend it more!!

leaves an oily residue

The cleansing oil does its top in terms of removing makeup, but it leaves a real oily residue behind. I know double cleansing is a good idea, but I find I have to always use an additional cleanser after this one to remove the oil around my eyes, etc. I dont enjoy using this product. Generally, I love products from Caudalie, especially their masks and Premier Cru line. Just not this one.

Effective, Soothing & Rehydrating Cleanser

I have sensitive skin and various other cleansers I have tried have led to flare-ups. In my research on acne rosacea it was suggested an oil-based cleanser works best - I was sceptical as to how this would feel as it seems a bit of an oxymoron but no need to worry as once the oil comes into contact with water (whether this is directly or as I use, with a dampened cotton wool pad) it emulsifies and is removed very easily leaving clean and soft/hydrated and in my case feeling a lot more comfortable. I use nightly with no moisturiser afterwards (my skin doesnt need it) and then in the morning just a splash of cold water to refresh and then I use a light moisturiser before make-up. Would thoroughly recommend anyone with sensitive or dry skin to give this a try.
