Still have not received my package I am waiting a long time It has been processed for a week and never received product What is going on with Macys?

Beautiful

Beautiful sweater, brighter green than shown on line, which I am happy about. But living in Texas, I doubt I’ll have it on for long. It’s very warm and a bit itchy, especially at the neckline.
