Charter Club pillows

I purchased these pillows for my nephew and grandson and they said that the pillows are comfortable and soft. My grandson and nephew are no longer have sore neck complaints so I'm happy with my purchase.

pillow quality

I can't say that I notice any cooling effect but I do like the pillow so far. I'm hoping it holds the firmness for a while. I tried the med/firm pillow also, and I didn't really notice any difference between the two. The sale price was great.
