Firmness Just as Described

I received this pillow for free in exchange for my honest opinion. I tried it the first night but was a bit too high for me. However, the firmness was just as described (medium firm to firm). I will keep using it since am sure that eventually it will accommodate to my neck. I would recommend it and think the price is fair for a good quality pillow.

Excellent pillow!

This pillow is just what I’ve been looking for! Excellent support. Not too firm and not too soft. I have neck issues and usually wake up with a sore neck after sleeping on a pillow that is too firm. This has just the right amount of support. It’s also made very well. Will be buying more for my family. Definitely recommend!

Great Pillow

I wouldn't have thought it would worked so well for me because I'm a side sleeper and usually require more neck support, but it has been great! No neck issues and I sleep really well! Good job Charter Club.

Great Pillow

I am enjoying sleeping on this pillow. When I received it, I liked it from the beginning. It is very comfortable, just enough firmness and support. I have slept on the pillow for about two weeks, and have enjoyed every moment of sleep. I am a side sleeper, no problem. I sometimes sleep on my back, comfortable as well. I am considering purchasing one for my husband.

One of my best pillows ever!

I love this pillow! I am normally a side sleeper or a stomach sleeper and this pillow is amazing! It has the right amout of firmness to support my neck and the right amout of comfort to keep me sleeping throughout the night. I have many medical issues with my neck and upper back and this pillow is providing me with great support and I am waking up with less pain. I highly recommend this pillow.

Luxurious hotel pillow

I had wanted to try this pillow because it indicated that it was for "side and back sleepers" since it is difficult finding one that is comfortable for both. It is good for side sleepers, but not if you also sleep on your back as it tilts your head too far forward. So, while I wasn't able to use it, my husband really likes it and said that it feels like a "luxurious hotel pillow". It's comfortable and it holds its shape well.
