Ordered as a bridal gift

This was ordered as a shower gift. It was supposed to have a card sent with it and we also paid for gift wrap and the recipient received neither. Very disappointed with customer service and will probably NOT order from Macy’s again.

if I could return I would , but I always wash my bedding before placing on bed. After washing the bedding came out so wrinkly I literally had to get an iron and iron the comforter plus the filling moved around and some parts are lumpy at the store it looked so beautiful that finally me and my husband agreed on a bedding set for the guest bedroom

Disappointing

I was so excited because this comforter is so pretty. However, after 2 days on my bed, my dog scratched the comforter and it made a whole and the filling came out. I was so disappointed at how flimsy the outside material was and how cheap the filling was. I usually love Charter club and this experience was so disappointing. I have had my last comforter for years and it has never torn.

Right Price Wrong Material

The material was stiff and scratchy out the bag so I washed it before use and it took forever to dry. The wash make it fluff, but it did not take the roughness out of it. I do like it and the color blends perfectly with my decor at the moment so I am just okay with, not happy.

Did not receive item

Ordered item and was given tracking information with delivery date of 2/14. Item did not arrive and USPS says “item not received”. I suspect the item was out of stock, and Macy’s online inventory system is subpar. We’ll see but likely headed for refund.
