Beyond awful Why is Macy's still around
I have never experienced an experience in any store this bad.I don't have enough space. The entire floor had one employee. In competent employee. The bath mat we wanted in the size and color we wanted should have been easy. The sign on the display was clear. However, the clerk told us that Macy's doesn't carry it. I showed the sign and the clerk said the sign must be wrong. I asked for the manager who looked online and saw Macy's does sell it. He wrote up the order with her. I showed he the color we wanted (pale blue), she ordered brown. I called customer service and spoke to the clerk who barely spoke English. She explained she is in Columbia not U.S. She can't cancel the order. The brown did come. We returned to a different Macy's store where I found the one we originally wanted and returned the wrong one. That person explained the on the brown was wrong. It was less. We got $8 back.The new blue one by Charter Club was ok. I wonder why whew went Macy's, and we wondered why Macy's still exists and where is Terry Lundgren. We are done

Amazing bath rug!
This is absolutely the most comfortable, soft, water wicking, lovely bath rug I have ever purchased and was marked down during one of Macy's many sales. It was the best buy I have made in months! It is so comfy on bare feet and cushy. It doesn't seem to have a foam backing but the way it is stitched in these plush rows makes it a treat to step on when getting in and out of the shower. Awesome product! Love it!
A rug, not a bathmat
This actually is a rug. I did not see that it has rubberized backing; not sure if the description said so but not what I wanted; wanted 100% cotton mat. Color was nice and it does come in several colors.
