Pure Heaven!

I love this pillow! So soft & comfy...i have been having constant neck pain for years. My pillows were just too firm, so decided to get this diwn-filled pillow. Such a difference! Neck pain is almost gone! If thinking about a new pillow, go for this one!

Had to return due to chemical smell

Even before I took the pillows out of the plastic packaging that it was mailed in, I could smell an odor. Once I opened the zippered package in which the pillows were actually stored, the odor was really strong. It smelled like some sort of chemical smell. It was very concerning.. I repackaged the pillows immediately and started the return process.
