Nice Sofa

I was really hesitant to purchase a sofa without seeing or sitting on it, but I am very pleased with the look and comfort. I bought the light blue which actually looks more denim than light blue but goes perfectly in my living room. Only thing I wouldn't do again is the white glove delivery, all they did was bring it in the boxed, open it up, screw the legs on, grab the boxing, had me sign the delivery order and were gone in less than 5 minutes. Which was okay with me but don't call it white glove when they didn't even cover their shoes or did anything else that was listed that would be done.

Love them.

Bought 2 of these sofas. The delivery and set up crew were professional. After they left, I noticed that there was a chip on one of the legs. I called customer service, and they sent me a replacement which arrived almost immediately. Service was excellent. The sofa itself is firm, which I love. So comfortable for naps. Looks modern, yet classy because of the tufting.

HAD IT FOR A DECADE

LOVE. I bought the original Chloe I a decade ago and am still sitting pretty. This is one of the best purchases of my life. I wish I had bought 2 of these.

Super comfortable, chenille like fabric is very soft, high quality sofa! More comfortable than the KEEGAN which we bought for another room

An Absolute Disaster

I ordered this loveseat in oatmeal. The color is as pictured, but the texture is NOT as pictured or described. Macy's has pictured it to look like velvet or chenille and they described it as plush microfiber. No. Not even close. Unfortunately, it is tweed. A soft woven tweed, but tweed nonetheless. I truly cannot understand the motivation behind depicting a product to be something that it is not. We've had the loveseat just under 32 hours and there is not a square foot of it that is not significantly snagged. In 41 years of buying furniture I've never seen anything like this happen. It is an absolute disaster. I have 3 pictures to share, but Macy's will not allow me to upload them, despite being under the file size limit. I've never had a purchase go this dreadfully wrong before. We're going to put it out on the driveway with a couple of skeletons on it for Halloween and just leave it out there for the trash. It's too much of a disaster to donate. Thanks a LOT, Macy's..

Decorated with Burnt Orange and Grey Cushions!

Love the design and oatmeal color. Sinuous springs are a new experience, though. Am on day 2, still waiting for the "glue" smell to dissipate. Will keep posting.

Disappointed

Poorly constructed. Legs are wobbly & fabric is bunching up. Very disappointed

Comfortable sofa

After looking for several months for a sofa that would be suitable for my small space I came across the chole 11 76 sofa. It is very sturdy and comfortable to sit on or just relax and watch the television. However, i was not satisfied with the color they called oatmeal. It looks more like light grey than oatmeal. I think they should call it light grey. Unfortunately the image would not update.
