Uncomfortable

Sitting in this couch has caused me lower back issues. I've never had a couch be so uncomfortable.

Amazing sofa! Total classic

I almost bought another sofa when I ran into this one on the showroom. Some have said it’s hard to get up out of and yes that’s true but only because you don’t want to… I’ve had mine about a week and it’s just the greatest sofa I’ve ever bought. ZERO BUYER REMORSE. The color is more coach leather brown at home than in the showroom or online but still has that cognac amber to it. Everyone that has seen it calls it stunning. The wide arms and lower stance give it an elegant and stable feel. The leather is the perfect blend of structured yet soft. One reviewer said it was uncomfortable but I’m 55 and trust me I’ve considered sleeping on this sofa many nights because I didn’t want to get up. Extra pillow for lumbar is wise as it’s a deep sofa but that’s a small price to pay for this level of luxury. It’s my movie room sofa and it passes the cuddle up with a movie and a blanket test. Best money I ever spent…and that includes my kids 🤣 if I had more room I would have bought more!

Great sofa! Great value!

Lovely piece! Can dress up or dress down. Chaise is wide - someone could be stretched out and still have enough space.

Stunning!

This sectional is stunning! The cognac leather is rich and soft. The chaise section is large enough for two people and very comfortable. Great customer service.

nice sofa but a lot of stitching showing

Called about all the issues keep getting run around. Came to my house 3 times to take pictures and kept not being able to make it out for repairs never in town on days I was available will not make adjustments for my schedule horrible will never order furniture again
