Toxic smell from VOCs

The toxic smell from the chemicals used to make this rug wouldn't fade and I had to return it.

Actually pink

While the actual rug is made well, the color is more like a light pinky, salmon. We tried really hard to like it, but the pink hue is strong and it is going back.

Irregular side seams

Look this rug.. I have two others to match . However the side seems we’re very irregular and noticeable . Otherwise I would keep it. Will trade for a second which I hope look better!

End result worth the search

Had a tough start with this rug since the first one arrived and the dye didn’t look even. I was disappointed since I’ve been looking for a rug just the right color/pattern for my living room for about 2 years and this was it. It took 3 calls to customer service before I received the right instructions for returning it, and a couple of contradictory emails about the shipping of my replacement. But it did arrive relatively quickly. It’s on the floor and it’s perfect. Compared to rugs I’ve been looking at on other sites, the quality seems better and the price was right since Macy’s was having a winter clear out home sale. I’m happy with my purchase.
