Love my new rug.

I love my new Umgria area rug. The colors are as pictured and they look great on my wood floors. They are soft. We purchased a rubber mat for underneath so they would not slip.

Beautiful

I love this runner. I was a little concerned after reading reviews, but took a chance. Glad I did! I would have rated it 5 stars, but it is taking awhile to completely straighten out from shipping. Still I love it. It's good quality. It's what I ordered. It's a great value. It did take awhile to get here, but it was worth the wait.

Not labeled properly

The carpet I received was not Umbria. It was labeled with a different brand name. I called customer service. They said I would have to go to UPS and send it back. I just kept what was delivered.

The perfect rug!

This was the perfect rug for our living room. It rolled out and straightened in 1 day. 1 corner needed a book on it for an extra day but it is perfect! Great weight and thickness and vacuums great!
