Not Royal Luxe

Bait and switch. Product above states pillows are royal Luxe but received another brand. Second purchase since I had to return first package since items were damaged during shipment.

False Advertising

I first bought these pillows last year and fell in love with them. I decided to order 4 more as I have yet to find any other pillows as firm and comfortable as these. However, when I received my order, they were not the same pillows. They have no cover, no zipper, and feel very plush. I reordered in hopes of it being a mistake and they sent the same pillows again.
