Like sleeping on a cloud

Very disappointed
I have been sleeping on feather beds for over 35 years, so have purchased many and know a lot about them. I was excited when I ordered this one because of good reviews. However, when it arrived, it looked like someone had returned it. It had been shoved in an already torn plastic bag and taped up with scotch tape. Had no new product tags or brochures with it and item was badly wrinkled. I laid it on mattress for 2 days shaking it before I slept on it and some of the squares barely had fill in them. I am a senior and have a brace on one of my arms now, so no way could I box up and return this featherbed. King size did cover mattress nicely and fabric seemed quality, but really disappointed in uneven fill that goes flat after one nights sleep and receiving what I know is a returned item. Certainly not what I expected from Macy's.

Purchased this as mattress starting to feel very hard in its (or my :)) old age. I only fluff it when I wash my sheets and that seems to be plenty thus far. I also do not think it adds much if any heat to the sleep situation.

So soft and comfortable
This featherbed topper has transformed my bed. My bed was so hard and uncomfortable, now it is so soft and comfy to sleep on. I love it.

This mattress topper has been amazing so far! The only downside to this is having to fluff it on a daily basis (I’m bad about doing this), even though they make it very clear in the item description that you will need to do this and with any product that is down. Besides that, 5 stars! It’s very plush and comfortable.
